VibrA FAQ

If you want to start your own business, you are taking a big step. We have already accompanied many franchise partners on their way to self-employment with their own VibrA DJ school and therefore already know the most frequent questions that arise during the decision-making phase. We have summarized these in our FAQ. We will be happy to provide you with further information and answers tailored to your individual situation.

Your start into self-employment

We look forward to getting to know you!

1. WHAT EXACTLY IS A FRANCHISEE?

A franchisee is considered to be legally self-employed in the same way as any other company founder. This means that the franchisee bears the full (economic) risk of setting up and becoming self-employed. He does not become independent with his own business idea and business model but with the business model of another – the franchisor. The franchisor provides a proven business model.

2. WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST ADVANTAGES OF FRANCHISING?

Franchisees benefit in particular from the fact that they establish under the name of a large, already well-known brand. In addition, there is a lower foundation risk and greater planning security due to the use of tried and tested, established and proven processes and concepts. In addition, the start into self-employment is usually quicker since all important materials and concepts are already available. The existing franchise network offers a competitive advantage. Every new franchisee builds the brand further, as does every advertising campaign at the franchise headquarters and every event at individual locations.

3. HOW MUCH FREEDOM DOES A FRANCHISEE HAVE?

A lot is already given to our franchisees from the franchise headquarters. This includes marketing, advertising material, design as well as teaching programs and the teaching concept. But this is exactly where the greatest advantage of franchising lies. The given structures and materials provide planning security and have already proven successful. The franchisee also has time for the essentials, in the case of founding a VibrA: for the students, the employees and the lessons. We also see a franchise partnership as giving and taking from both sides. That’s why, instead of talking about our franchisees, we usually talk about them as franchise partners and are happy to receive ideas, suggestions and impulses from them. Because we can grow together.

4. WHAT ARE THE INVESTMENT COSTS AND FEES FOR THE FRANCHISEE?

We prefer to discuss this particularly important topic personally with our interested parties. We would be pleased if you would contact us by using our form or personally. First of all, we use a fee system for VibrA franchising with which the costs for our franchisees are manageable and easily calculable.

5. IS IT POSSIBLE TO FOUND A VIBRA PART-TIME?

During the founding phase, many of our franchisees were still employed. However, one should not underestimate the amount of time required, especially in the founding phase of VibrA. In addition, a VibrA normally develops into a profitable full-time job within a relatively short period of time.

6. WHEN ARE YOU NOT SUITABLE AS A VIBRA FRANCHISEE?

The decision for a franchise system like our VibrA franchise model offers many advantages but it must be clearly stated that the concept is not suitable for everyone and the step into a franchise partnership needs to be well considered. Thus, the self-employment as a franchisee also involves an economic risk like any other entrepreneurship. Our franchisees should therefore have a certain willingness to take risks. In addition, they must be prepared to adapt to a given system. The ability to work in a team is also important, not only in cooperation with employees but also in terms of the VibrA network. Setting up your own school for DJing and Producing also means a lot of work. Self-employment is basically not only a great freedom but also a great responsibility.
That’s why we talk openly and honestly with our franchise customers about all their concerns, worries, wishes and ideas and assess their qualifications and prerequisites together with them. And we also say quite honestly when we think that it doesn’t fit. Because we also want your company to be successful.
